Package Acceptance and Delivery

We offer package acceptance and delivery for ONLY $10.00/month.

 *The conditions for package acceptance are as follows: 

Signed Rental Agreement, signed Hold Harmless Agreement, key on file, must be on Autopay.

No packages are held in the office, must be deliverable to the unit and under 50lbs.  

Any packages over 50lbs, the tenant will need to arrange with the delivery service to place in the unit – key will be provided by the office.

We also offer Vehicle Acceptance at our Port Huron location for ONLY $20.00 (per vehicle & 1 vehicle per space).

Will accept vehicle deliveries from transport services. 

*The conditions for Vehicle Acceptance are as follows:

Must have a Signed Rental Agreement, signed Hold Harmless Agreement, Vehicle Addendum, and must be on Autopay.

Tenant must pre-arrange payment with the delivery service and advise the office of expected delivery with the name of the transport company or driver.  All deliveries must occur during business hours.
